KAT-55new: All desired changes from KAT-55 were implemented. Creation of the App-Page breathing_frequency_per_minute.dart.

*Enclosed you can see that I have uploaded the whole library to ensure the functionality of the "breathing frequency per minute" page. In the future I will of course only upload the respective file path of the edited file.
